By using ConDoc, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
UNRESTRICTED ACCESS:
You grant us the right to access, use, and share documents and data you put into ConDoc.
For ConDoc to work effectively, we need to access, use, and share documents and data across all participants of a project. We will only share your data with ConDoc Customer Service, ConDoc Development Teams, and all companies and entities explicitly granted permission by you, via settings, within your project(s). You also grant us the right to use your company name and logo in ConDoc marketing material.
LIABILITY:
In no event shall we have any liability.
ConDoc will not be liable for any damages (direct or indirect) our software may cause your business. We make no warranties of any kind. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claim made by you or a third party.
REVERSE ENGINEERING:
ConDoc is proprietary software.
By using ConDoc, you agree to not reverse engineer the code-base or functionality or use the application outside of its intended purpose without our expressed written permission.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Your card will be charged on or near the first of each month for the previous month’s usage, according to our pricing terms. You are responsible to review your invoices and report discrepancies within 30 days of the invoice date. We will correct any invoice discrepancy by issuing a credit to your next invoice. We reserve the right to suspend your service at any time for any reason.
THINGS CHANGE:
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Change happens, these Terms and Conditions will be updated as needed.
