You really don't charge a percentage of my ACV or per user fees?
We really don’t! Our pricing is not “low”, it’s fair. We’ve never really understood ACV pricing, it’s great for your software vendor, but not so great for you, the customer. We could have certainly jumped on the industry bandwagon and set up a similar pricing model, but we chose to be an industry disrupter instead. The reality is that the cost of our software has NOTHING to do with the contract value of your portfolio. We don’t want to see your books and will never hit you with hidden fees. Our flat rate pricing includes everything you need. Pay monthly or annually for a discount.

Do my stakeholders need their own license?
Nope! Flat rate, per project, no hidden fees. Invite your subs, owner, owners-rep, design team – the handyman down the road – sky’s the limit here. We don’t have time to count people, and you don’t either.
I just want to write one check, do you offer an annual plan?
Yep! We work with you to establish projected usage and calculate your annual rate from there. There is plenty of ebb and flow room and no penalties for going “over” your active project allotment. AND – annual packages include a discount.
